Having burnouts in life sucks. The feeling of wanting to do something and be of use, but the body keeps being fragile and in need of self-care. For the first time in my life, I've been feeling so down and actually don't know how to get up by myself. So what do I do?

Feeling overwhelmed by the never-ending challenges life throws at us can be exhausting. How much can a human take? I've realized that the drive I've always had was rooted in the hope to survive in this world, so I kept fighting. But one day, I decided to stop fighting, and everything fell apart. Desperate to not lose myself, I made mistakes and struggled to find solutions.
