๐Am I Lazy, or Just Healing?
Some days I sleep half the day.
Some days I stare at the ceiling for an hour and still can’t get up.
Some days, even the thought of responding to a message feels like climbing a mountain.
And the voice creeps in:
"Am I lazy? Am I avoiding something? Shouldn’t I be doing more by now?"
But I’m learning to ask a better question:
"What if I’m not lazy… What if I’m just healing?"
๐ When Healing Looks Like Nothing
The world praises visible progress.
We celebrate steps, checklists, hustle, outcomes.
But healing — real, deep soul-level healing — often looks like stillness.
It looks like naps.
It looks like slowing down without an endpoint.
It looks like “not much” from the outside.
But inside?
The body is repairing what survival never let it process.
๐ Reflector Rhythm Is Not a Straight Line
As a Reflector in Human Design, I don’t move like the world does.
I cycle.
I sense.
I slow down to feel what’s not mine.
I pause before I act — because action without alignment feels like violence to my system.
And in this culture of fast everything, that can look like laziness.
But it’s actually precision healing.
๐️ You’re Not Lazy If You’re Tired from Being Strong
You’re not lazy if your body is still catching up to what your soul already knows.
You’re not broken if you need longer pauses than others.
You’re not weak if you’re sensitive to invisible battles.
Sometimes “doing nothing” is actually everything.
And if you’re healing in ways others can’t see —
I see you.
๐ A Note from the Healing Path
When I wrote Awakened and Breaking Free, I wasn’t in a rush.
The book was slow-birthed.
Because I wanted it to meet others in their invisible healing moments —
not their public victories.
This is a book for those whose healing doesn’t always make sense to others.
